Do I need to pay and taxes or duties when shipping within the EU?
No, the EU is a free movement zone, all members agree to let people and products move freely within the EU zone, meaning no formalities, taxes or duties to be paid once the goods are within the EU.
How much does it cost to ship an order out?
The cost depends on where the order is going and the size and weight of the order, our fees are fixed starting from just 75c per order, shipping costs from €3.00 and packaging from 20c, so we can ship a complete order to your customer from €3.95.
Where are you located?
We are located in a town just outside Alicante with excellent road links to all of Spain and into northern Europe.
Can we have stock in the UK and Europe?
Yes, Storeship has warehouses in the Nottingham, UK and Alicante, Spain. This means we can cover all of Europe for your fulfilment needs and a total reach of 750 million people or almost 10% of the worlds population.
